More Quilts

It was a very good day to stay in and finish some of my quilts. It was rainy and misty all day. I managed to finish 3 today. Of course when I was taking pictures of the finished product, Casey had to be part of the action. Don't you just love dogs?

I am not sure if I like the red one. It seems rather plain, or odd or something. I don't know. Oh well, if I don't like it, maybe someone else might.

If it is rainy tomorrow, I am going to finish a couple of quilts and maybe curl up and continue reading Breath of Snow and Ashes. It is the sixth in the Outlander series. I love this series. This is one series I hope they do not make into a movie. They just couldn't do it justice in my opinion, and they would destroy my mental picture of Jamie Fraser. I always wonder if time travel is actually possible, and if the major inventions of our time have been made by time travellers. I don't know, it is just interesting to think that what we may consider impossible could actually be possible. This is probably the role of fiction in the first place. To make us think that impossibilities are possible. Ahhh....isn't life grand!?

My mom would love that last quilt. She has this thing about pansies (don't even think it.)

I am just impressed by your diligence and talent in this area. I have done so little on this trip that I need to get home and get wound up again.

I can't get over all your domestic skills. You would have been right at home in your own little house on the prairie.
